Lance F Wu, is a partner of compliance and security group of Vision & View Law Firm. Having worked in trade compliance and security fields for several international law firms and top FT500 multinational companies, Lance has accumulated more than 14 years of practical experience in corporate compliance and security from different perspectives, especially in complex cross-border compliance and security matters.

During 2017 – 2022, Lance has been working as the Director of Global Trade Regulations at Lenovo Group, handling regulatory and compliance matters related to export controls, economic sanctions, foreign investment security review, government procurement, information security and data cross-border transfer. Lance has also worked as the global compliance director for a Chinese leading multinational smart automobile manufacturer. He heads the company’s global compliance and security matter, playing a leading role in legal compliance of the company’s overseas business.

Recognized as an expert on both U.S. and China trade and security regulatory and practice, Lance has participated in a number of national legislation research and writing of law enforcement standards.
